Step 1 – Free Introduction to Balcones CrossFit
We differ from most CrossFit gyms in the area; we start everyone off with a free one-on-one introduction and goal setting session. This will allow you a chance to learn more about our program and experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. We will discuss our training methodology and specifics about our gym while laying the foundation for beginning your CrossFit experience. During this session we will also explain our class structure and answer any additional questions that you may have. We will then demonstrate and guide you through some of our basic workout movements and run you through your first CrossFit workout. The purpose of our introduction is to help us serve you better by getting to know your fitness goals, previous experience, and your expectations of our staff. At BCF it’s all about you!

Step 2- Elements
It can be difficult to jump right into one of our CrossFit classes, we do many different exercises, and we want you to have some familiarity with them before you start.
Elements consists of 3 personal training sessions that will introduce you to all that Balcones CrossFit has to offer. You’ll learn how to execute CrossFit movements safely and effectively and work through guided workouts in each session. We’ll also talk about how to approach training with us, nutrition, mobility, and things you can do on your own to maximize the effectiveness of our training.
Step 3 – Join Our Community
Once you finished your introduction and our elements program, you’ll be ready to start a class membership and be on your way to a fitter, healthier you!
