Are you interested in training at Balcones CrossFit?
We differ from most CrossFit gyms in the area; we start everyone off with a free one-on-one introduction and evaluation. This will allow you a chance to learn more about our program and experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. We will discuss our training methodology and specifics about our gym while laying the foundation for beginning your CrossFit experience. During this session we will also explain our class structure and answer any additional questions that you may have. We will then demonstrate and guide you through some of our basic workout movements and run you through your first CrossFit workout. The purpose of our introduction is to help us serve you better by getting to know your fitness goals, previous experience, and your expectations of our staff. At BCF it’s all about you!
